Brand identity
Clients judge a new firm by how it looks before they read a word. Your brand should look settled from the first proposal, and stay consistent without a designer on call.

From a sample
Prepared for Cedar & Vale, a fractional CFO practice in Texas. We're showing 4 of its 11 pages. Yours is written for your business.
What's in it
Brand idea
What the brand stands for, in plain words.
Directions
Two or three distinct looks, with one recommended. The rest of the guide follows it.
Wordmark
Your name set in type chosen for your business, with notes on how to use it.
Palette
A few named colors, with their codes and how much of each to use. We keep the colors you like and avoid the ones you don't.
Typography
Up to two free typefaces, one for headings and one for everything else.
Voice
How you sound in writing, taken from your intake answers and a sample of your own writing.
Imagery
The style for any images we make for you, so your reports, site and posts look like they come from one firm.
How we make it
We start from what you told us about colors, style and how you want to come across, plus a sample of your writing. Software drafts the directions. One of us decides which to recommend and checks it suits your market.
What it doesn't include
This isn't a full brand identity project, and we don't use AI image generation to make logos.
Once you have it
Your website and social posts are built from this guide, so they match from the start.
Questions people ask
Do I get a logo?
You get a wordmark: your business name set in type chosen for it, with notes on how to use it. On Launch Pro we also guide you through setting up your logo.
Can I keep colors I already use?
Yes. Tell us the colors you like and the ones to avoid, and the palette will respect both.
Do you use AI to make the logo?
No. The wordmark is set in real typefaces. We don't use image generation for logos.
Tell us what you do.
We'll recommend a plan that fits, even if it's the cheaper one.
